As a 1st time home buyer, I had put this big investment off for years always finding a reason to not be ready to make such a huge financial obligation; so when I decided to make this move I interviewed several realtors some were referred and some long time friends/family members. But this was serious friend or family I wanted someone who was patient and met me where I was mentally and financially in this process. As you know it can be nerve wrecking even with clients with the best credit but Amber as my realtor and the lender was with me every step of the way never got an attitude stayed consistent. Always willing to assure me that they had it under control and that honestly this was all part of the process that they are used too.
Amber even went the extra mile letting me look at homes after homes with no complaints until I felt it met the renovations I desired and a home that was within my budget. Most important as a client sometimes we get so engrossed in the renovations of the home; we forget about the area and neighborhood for future market.
