Amber was our agent to buy a new home as well as to sell our first home. Let me start by saying we were in the midst of the real estate boom and my husband was not easy to please. We looked at sooooooo many houses! Amber's sweet disposition never changed! She was ready to schedule every home, knowledgeable in pointing out pros & cons of properties, even telling us to "listen" to see if the traffic sounds would be a bother. We finally found the perfect home and sadly the seller passed away-- she hung in there with her encouraging spirit! Reminding us that she was for us and would start the search again if we liked.
The house finally closed, then it was time to sell. Again, our Amber came through! When we received a ridiculously low offer she told the would be buyer that his offer was basically a joke! The house sold in a short time, she was there to answer every question or concern and again with a pleasant, helpful disposition.

Her level of professionalism is unmatched and her knowledge of the market as well as continuing to fine-tune her craft to know the areas within the Baltimore Metropolitan area was a plus. As a 1st time home buyer, I had put this big investment off for years always finding a reason to not be ready to make such a huge financial obligation; so when I decided to make this move I interviewed several realtors some were referred and some long time friends/family members. But this was serious friend or family I wanted someone who was patient and met me where I was mentally and financially in this process. As you know it can be nerve wrecking even with clients with the best credit but Amber as my realtor and the lender was with me every step of the way never got an attitude stayed consistent.
