We were worried we’d never find a house in this market with our first realtor so we parted ways but Devin made what seemed impossible, realistic!! We were automatically set up(via email) to see new properties as soon as they hit the market. Devin did not waste time, as soon as we made him aware of a house we wanted to tour, he got back to us with an appointment time within the hour. That’s how we found the house we eventually purchased. It was listed at 8am, I asked Devin for a tour at 8am and we were at the house at noon. He worked with the loan office immediately and we had an offer on the house at 1pm and now we call that place home. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor.

The property her sold for us was in quite poor conditiion and to be sold as is. Our expectations were low and hoped for enough to get out from under the house. Amber treated us with respect. She went ahead with a market evaluation and came up with a price that was above our expectations. Skeptical at first, Amber worked with us to show the value based on comparable and other work. Again she was great. She got the house listed and under contract in days. When the accepted contract fell through, she reached out to the others that had offered and had us under contract within days. Again, great job!

Her level of professionalism is unmatched and her knowledge of the market as well as continuing to fine-tune her craft to know the areas within the Baltimore Metropolitan area was a plus. As a 1st time home buyer, I had put this big investment off for years always finding a reason to not be ready to make such a huge financial obligation; so when I decided to make this move I interviewed several realtors some were referred and some long time friends/family members. But this was serious friend or family I wanted someone who was patient and met me where I was mentally and financially in this process. As you know it can be nerve wrecking even with clients with the best credit but Amber as my realtor and the lender was with me every step of the way never got an attitude stayed consistent.
