She went ahead with a market evaluation and came up with a price that was above our expectations. Skeptical at first, Amber worked with us to show the value based on comparable and other work. Again she was great. She got the house listed and under contract in days. When the accepted contract fell through, she reached out to the others that had offered and had us under contract within days. Again, great job!
