As a 1st time home buyer, I had put this big investment off for years always finding a reason to not be ready to make such a huge financial obligation; so when I decided to make this move I interviewed several realtors some were referred and some long time friends/family members. We were based out of state which can make things tricky, but Dev was incredibly responsive and quick to act on getting us in for virtual showings.
