The property her sold for us was in quite poor conditiion and to be sold as is. Our expectations were low and hoped for enough to get out from under the house. Amber treated us with respect. Again she was great. She got the house listed and under contract in days. We honestly had other options of friends that we knew would be more than willing to help us when it came time to sell, but I strongly believe that the Lord sent her our way.
