My God, where do I begin. I remember the first night Ms. Brenda called me, I had saw an ad on Instagram about finding the perfect realtor, and I honestly didn’t think it would work. That was literally the BEST thing I could’ve ever done. The property her sold for us was in quite poor conditiion and to be sold as is. Our expectations were low and hoped for enough to get out from under the house. Amber treated us with respect. She went ahead with a market evaluation and came up with a price that was above our expectations. Skeptical at first, Amber worked with us to show the value based on comparable and other work. Again she was great. She got the house listed and under contract in days. When the accepted contract fell through, she reached out to the others that had offered and had us under contract within days. Again, great job!

As a 1st time home buyer, I had put this big investment off for years always finding a reason to not be ready to make such a huge financial obligation; so when I decided to make this move I interviewed several realtors some were referred and some long time friends/family members.
