First - Amber was exceptional!
The property her sold for us was in quite poor conditiion and to be sold as is. Our expectations were low and hoped for enough to get out from under the house. Amber treated us with respect. She went ahead with a market evaluation and came up with a price that was above our expectations. Skeptical at first, Amber worked with us to show the value based on comparable and other work. Again she was great. She got the house listed and under contract in days. When the accepted contract fell through, she reached out to the others that had offered and had us under contract within days. Again, great job!
Navigating from contract to settlement, Amber was there at every step. When issues came up. she was there to either settle them or assist us in resolutions. Again, Great Job.

I feel it was well worth the wait because we were blessed with the "Best" property for its intended use. We had fun, laughed and did some drive byes on many occasions. We toured so..... many properties. Both of us remained optimistic, and knew that the right property fulfilling my wish list would eventually become available, and it did! Tabitha imparted so much information and was excellent in her assessment of what to look for in comps, remodels, etc. I learned a lot and appreciate all of the sharing and teaching moments. Although this was our 3rd purchase, it was our 1st commercial, and many things were different.
