I would give Amber Gross 1000 stars if I could. Over the last few years, Amber has been in conversation with my husband and I over the sale of our house. She has been patient and kind every single step of the way. We honestly had other options of friends that we knew would be more than willing to help us when it came time to sell, but I strongly believe that the Lord sent her our way.
We live in South Carolina, and wanted to sell our house that was located in Baltimore. Amber stepped up and filled in where we couldn't, and treated our house like it was her own. She gently guided us, never forcing her will, and in the end our house was sold quickly, and at a great price.

We were worried we’d never find a house in this market with our first realtor so we parted ways but Devin made what seemed impossible, realistic!! We were automatically set up(via email) to see new properties as soon as they hit the market. Devin did not waste time, as soon as we made him aware of a house we wanted to tour, he got back to us with an appointment time within the hour. That’s how we found the house we eventually purchased. Her level of professionalism is unmatched and her knowledge of the market as well as continuing to fine-tune her craft to know the areas within the Baltimore Metropolitan area was a plus. As a 1st time home buyer, I had put this big investment off for years always finding a reason to not be ready to make such a huge financial obligation; so when I decided to make this move I interviewed several realtors some were referred and some long time friends/family members. But this was serious friend or family I wanted someone who was patient and met me where I was mentally and financially in this process.
