Amber was our agent to buy a new home as well as to sell our first home. Let me start by saying we were in the midst of the real estate boom and my husband was not easy to please. We looked at sooooooo many houses! Amber's sweet disposition never changed! She was ready to schedule every home, knowledgeable in pointing out pros & cons of properties, even telling us to "listen" to see if the traffic sounds would be a bother. As a 1st time home buyer, I had put this big investment off for years always finding a reason to not be ready to make such a huge financial obligation; so when I decided to make this move I interviewed several realtors some were referred and some long time friends/family members. The property her sold for us was in quite poor conditiion and to be sold as is. Our expectations were low and hoped for enough to get out from under the house. Amber treated us with respect.
