It is situated on 136 acres of beautiful farmland in a secluded valley of rolling hills, woods, and two clear streams and surrounded by fertile productive working farms. The builder was one of seven farmers who formed the nations first farmers marketing organization, selling in Baltimore. This was a predecessor of the National Grange and Farm Bureau Federation.
