We were worried we’d never find a house in this market with our first realtor so we parted ways but Devin made what seemed impossible, realistic!! We were automatically set up(via email) to see new properties as soon as they hit the market. Devin did not waste time, as soon as we made him aware of a house we wanted to tour, he got back to us with an appointment time within the hour. That’s how we found the house we eventually purchased. It was listed at 8am, I asked Devin for a tour at 8am and we were at the house at noon. He worked with the loan office immediately and we had an offer on the house at 1pm and now we call that place home. I couldn’t ask for a better realtor.

The property her sold for us was in quite poor conditiion and to be sold as is. Our expectations were low and hoped for enough to get out from under the house. Amber treated us with respect.
