Amber was our agent to buy a new home as well as to sell our first home. Let me start by saying we were in the midst of the real estate boom and my husband was not easy to please. We looked at sooooooo many houses! Amber's sweet disposition never changed! The property her sold for us was in quite poor conditiion and to be sold as is. Our expectations were low and hoped for enough to get out from under the house. Amber treated us with respect. She went ahead with a market evaluation and came up with a price that was above our expectations. Skeptical at first, Amber worked with us to show the value based on comparable and other work. Again she was great. She got the house listed and under contract in days. When the accepted contract fell through, she reached out to the others that had offered and had us under contract within days. Again, great job!

As a 1st time home buyer, I had put this big investment off for years always finding a reason to not be ready to make such a huge financial obligation; so when I decided to make this move I interviewed several realtors some were referred and some long time friends/family members. But this was serious friend or family I wanted someone who was patient and met me where I was mentally and financially in this process.
