The property her sold for us was in quite poor conditiion and to be sold as is. Our expectations were low and hoped for enough to get out from under the house. Amber treated us with respect. Again she was great. She got the house listed and under contract in days. I would give Amber Gross 1000 stars if I could. Over the last few years, Amber has been in conversation with my husband and I over the sale of our house. She has been patient and kind every single step of the way. We honestly had other options of friends that we knew would be more than willing to help us when it came time to sell, but I strongly believe that the Lord sent her our way.
We live in South Carolina, and wanted to sell our house that was located in Baltimore. Amber stepped up and filled in where we couldn't, and treated our house like it was her own. She gently guided us, never forcing her will, and in the end our house was sold quickly, and at a great price.
