As a 1st time home buyer, I had put this big investment off for years always finding a reason to not be ready to make such a huge financial obligation; so when I decided to make this move I interviewed several realtors some were referred and some long time friends/family members. The house finally closed, then it was time to sell. Again, our Amber came through! When we received a ridiculously low offer she told the would be buyer that his offer was basically a joke! The house sold in a short time, she was there to answer every question or concern and again with a pleasant, helpful disposition.
