I feel it was well worth the wait because we were blessed with the "Best" property for its intended use. We had fun, laughed and did some drive byes on many occasions. We toured so..... many properties. Both of us remained optimistic, and knew that the right property fulfilling my wish list would eventually become available, and it did! Tabitha imparted so much information and was excellent in her assessment of what to look for in comps, remodels, etc. I learned a lot and appreciate all of the sharing and teaching moments.
