We finally found the perfect home and sadly the seller passed away-- she hung in there with her encouraging spirit! Reminding us that she was for us and would start the search again if we liked.
The house finally closed, then it was time to sell. Again, our Amber came through! When we received a ridiculously low offer she told the would be buyer that his offer was basically a joke! The house sold in a short time, she was there to answer every question or concern and again with a pleasant, helpful disposition.
Amber was a blessing to us and we have basically claimed her as extended family!! She's a treasure!
