Her level of professionalism is unmatched and her knowledge of the market as well as continuing to fine-tune her craft to know the areas within the Baltimore Metropolitan area was a plus. As a 1st time home buyer, I had put this big investment off for years always finding a reason to not be ready to make such a huge financial obligation; so when I decided to make this move I interviewed several realtors some were referred and some long time friends/family members. We were worried we’d never find a house in this market with our first realtor so we parted ways but Devin made what seemed impossible, realistic!! We were automatically set up(via email) to see new properties as soon as they hit the market. Devin did not waste time, as soon as we made him aware of a house we wanted to tour, he got back to us with an appointment time within the hour. That’s how we found the house we eventually purchased.
