My God, where do I begin. I remember the first night Ms. Brenda called me, I had saw an ad on Instagram about finding the perfect realtor, and I honestly didn’t think it would work. That was literally the BEST thing I could’ve ever done. I explained to her how she was the FIFTH realtor I had been in contact with (I’ve been on this journey since 2021), and she told me she would take care of me. She did not lie, and she definitely didn’t disappoint. If I remember correctly, she called me at the end of March, the end of May, I closed on my home. Her level of professionalism is unmatched and her knowledge of the market as well as continuing to fine-tune her craft to know the areas within the Baltimore Metropolitan area was a plus. As a 1st time home buyer, I had put this big investment off for years always finding a reason to not be ready to make such a huge financial obligation; so when I decided to make this move I interviewed several realtors some were referred and some long time friends/family members. But this was serious friend or family I wanted someone who was patient and met me where I was mentally and financially in this process.
