We were worried we’d never find a house in this market with our first realtor so we parted ways but Devin made what seemed impossible, realistic!! We were automatically set up(via email) to see new properties as soon as they hit the market. The property her sold for us was in quite poor conditiion and to be sold as is. Our expectations were low and hoped for enough to get out from under the house. Amber treated us with respect. She went ahead with a market evaluation and came up with a price that was above our expectations. Skeptical at first, Amber worked with us to show the value based on comparable and other work. Again she was great. She got the house listed and under contract in days. When the accepted contract fell through, she reached out to the others that had offered and had us under contract within days. Again, great job!
